Financial value drivers recognize that business metrics are essential, but what really keeps them awake is the group’s valuation and where the next value-accretive deal might come from. They understand the metrics of their industry and are often highly skilled in identifying value-enhancing corporate transactions or realizing value from portfolio disposals.
